RETURNS 
  • Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
    • The return must be received by Ultra Soap Direct within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
    • The returned item must be unused and in new condition.
    • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package.
    • We do not accept returns based on a "Change of Mind"
       
REFUNDS
After receiving the returned item, Ultra Soap Direct will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee. Ultra Soap Direct will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Ultra Soap Direct. In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue

SHIPPING EXCHANGES/RETURNS

To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice (and if applicable, a short note describing the product to be exchanged) and mail that along with your original item back to us at:

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made.  We will review your invoice and the corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf. Once your refund is approved, you will receive an E-Gift Card for the value of your exchanged item, minus a 25% restocking fee.

How To Cancel Online Purchases

If your purchase has not yet completed, you can simply close the store window.

If your purchase has completed, you should receive a notification of the sale to your listed email address. You can hit reply on that email within 24hrs to request that the order be cancelled and we will issue a full refund within 24hrs. Please allow up to 48hrs for your bank or PayPal to return the funds to your account.

If your order has already shipped, we will attempt to recover from the courier. If your order arrives, please return it using out return policy above.
